This is our second notice regarding the Arkansas school immunization requirements for 16-year-olds. All students this age must receive their required Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine or booster to remain in compliance and attend class.
• If your student has already received this vaccine: Thank you! Please ensure you have submitted their updated records to the school office so we can check them off our list.
• If your student still needs this vaccine: Please make arrangements for them to receive it as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions to their school attendance.
• If you choose to exempt your student: Arkansas allows for immunization exemptions, but you must submit the official approved exemption documentation from the Arkansas Department of Health to the school office to keep them in compliance.
