Congratulations to our Lady Eagles Basketball team on the performance in the Conference Tournament. They finished the Tournament with a loss in the finals. They will be the #2 seed in next week’s Regional Tournament in Lamar.
Good afternoon! Tuesday Feburary 22, Mrs. Goodwin will host our Spring FAFSA night from 5:30-7:00 in the Computer Lab. This night is for Seniors and their parents/guardians who are planning to attend a trade school, two year college, or four year college and have interest in financial aide. Any seniors who are interested in receiving the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery must fill out FAFSA paperwork to become eligible.
Good evening! At tonight's Mayflower School Board Meeting our School Board voted to repeal the mask mandate due to changes in protocols from the Arkansas Department of Education. Begininng tomorrow masks will not be required for students or staff.

Good afternoon! We would like to announce our Homecoming Ceremony has been rescheduled for January 27th. Our Senior Night Ceremony will be held on February 1st.
Due to rising positive Covid cases and student quarantines, Mayflower School District will observe an AMI day for students on Friday, January 14. The district is already scheduled to observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day on Monday, 17 as well. During the time away from campus the district will thoroughly clean and disinfect all campus facilities. Please refer questions about student assignments to their teachers, and refer general questions to the appropriate campus. At this time, the district intends to return to in-person instruction on Tuesday, January 18.

Good afternoon. Tomorrow we will begin semester tests at the High School. The schedule for tests is as follows: • Wednesday- Periods 1,2,3,4 • Thursday- Periods 5,6,7 (tested during periods 1,2,3) • Friday- Period 8 (tested during 1st period) Students are exempt from testing in a class if they have an A or B. Students may check out for the day after their semester test are complete. Students may not come and go throughout the day. When they check out, they must be done for the day. Students checking out need a note from a parent or guardian. Classes will meet each period for students remaining at school for the day. Breakfast and lunch will be served each day for students who remain at school. Thank you and have a great rest of the day.
Tonight our Mayflower Middle School and High School Choirs had their Christmas Concert. It was a terrific performance by all the choirs and Mrs. Satterwhite.
Congratulations to our High School Band on a great Winter Band Concert. They had a memorable performance tonight.

Last night our Eagles lost 53-51 on overtime to the Southside Southerners. The will be in action again on November 30th at home against Episcopal.

We are so very proud of these Eagle Choir students. Anna Allbritton, Gabby Langley, and Malachi Allred qualified to audition for All State in February!
